1. Intellectual Property & Ownership
All templates, themes, graphics, animations, special effects, and audio files presented on our platform strictly belong to The Magical Day. No theme or design content found in our system may be used without permission, copied, or transferred to another platform.
2. Prohibition of Unauthorized Use & Copying
The themes included in the invitations you create via The Magical Day can only be used within the context of that invitation and the service provided to you. It is strictly forbidden to copy, reverse-engineer, or take direct inspiration from the source codes, designs, layouts, or visual elements of these themes to create competing startups, similar platforms, or other commercial websites.
3. Legal Action & Penalties
The moment it is detected that our theme codes have been stolen, our designs copied, our content downloaded, or our system used without authorization for any other purpose, legal proceedings will immediately be initiated against the person, institution, or platform committing the violation. The Magical Day reserves the right to pursue all legal avenues to protect its labor and intellectual property, including demanding the highest possible material and moral damages.
