1. Data Collection and Purpose
As The Magical Day (hereinafter referred to as "Platform" or "We"), we provide digital invitation and event management services for your most special days. To provide our services efficiently, we collect names, email addresses, phone numbers (optional), event details (date, time, location, etc.), and RSVP records.
This data is processed solely so that the event manager (invitation host) can manage their guests, create the invitation, and track event analytics (attendance numbers, etc.). The collected data shall under no circumstances be sold, transferred, or shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
2. Brand Protection and Data Ownership
Users bear full legal responsibility for all information and images they enter when creating their invitations. We act merely as an intermediary, storing users' event data solely to provide them with this software and platform. However, all templates, designs, software components, and brand identity on the platform are the property of The Magical Day and may not be copied, reproduced, or used on different platforms without authorization.
3. Data Retention and Automatic Deletion (Right to be Forgotten)
We prioritize your privacy at the highest level. All event details, invitation content, and RSVP/contact records of your guests are not kept in our system indefinitely.
Exactly 3 months (90 days) after your scheduled event date, your invitation and all guest records/attendance data tied to it are automatically and permanently (irreversibly) deleted from our systems and servers.
This process is completely automated and designed to prevent your private memories from remaining unclaimed online. You may review and download your data for 3 months after your event date; however, once this period expires, your data will become completely inaccessible.
4. Security Measures
Your data is protected by modern security standards (such as 256-bit SSL encryption). We do not store your credit card information on our servers; all payment transactions are encrypted and managed by Stripe, which complies with international security standards (PCI-DSS).
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our platform uses essential cookies to enhance user experience and perform analytics. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising or targeting purposes.
6. Third-Party Service Providers
Your data is shared only with our trusted technical partners (server providers, email delivery services) in an encrypted format to provide the service. No data is ever sold.
7. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a potential data security breach, The Magical Day commits to notifying affected users promptly within legal timeframes.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for users under the age of 18. If it is discovered that children's data has been collected without authorization, this data will be immediately deleted from the system.
9. User Rights (Data Review and Deletion)
Users may request, download, or delete all their data stored on the Platform at any time before the event date or within 3 months after.

11. Google OAuth and User Data
Our platform allows users to log in using their Google accounts (Google OAuth). During this process, we collect your email address, name, and profile picture provided by Google. This data is strictly used to authenticate you on our platform, create your account, and personalize your dashboard. We do not use your Google data for any other purposes, nor do we share it with third-party advertisers. You can delete your account and all associated Google data at any time through your dashboard settings.
