1. Use of the Service

The Magical Day ("Platform") is a software platform that allows users to create, manage, and distribute digital invitations for their events. By using the Platform, you agree to the following rules:

• You may not share illegal, copyright-infringing, or inappropriate content through the Platform.
• Users may not use the system to send spam (unsolicited emails or SMS).
• Engaging in hacking, reverse engineering, or activities that disrupt the system is strictly prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property and Brand Protection

All templates, images, logos, texts, designs, interface elements, and software codes available on the Platform are the property of The Magical Day and are protected by national and international intellectual property laws.

Users may use the templates solely for their private events. Copying, reproducing on another platform, stealing the source codes, or reselling our system (reseller purposes) regarding templates, codes, or designs is strictly prohibited. In such cases, The Magical Day reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings and claim compensation.

3. Payments and Refunds

Payments for our services are processed securely using the Stripe infrastructure. Since a digital product/service is provided, refunds cannot be issued once the invitation is created and published (made live).

4. Disclaimer

The Magical Day is solely a technical intermediary providing the invitation and RSVP management software. The Platform assumes no legal or financial responsibility for circumstances such as the cancellation or postponement of the event planned by the user, or the non-attendance of guests.

The Platform cannot be held responsible for temporary service disruptions due to technical maintenance or server issues. However, we commit to exercising utmost care to minimize any such disruptions.

5. User Uploaded Media (Music and Voice Records)

Users have the right to add background music (custom music) or their own voice records to their digital invitations. However, the copyright and legal responsibility for all audio and visual materials uploaded to the platform belong entirely to the user.

6. Copyright Infringement and Sanctions

If a user uses licensed music belonging to a well-known artist or institution in their invitation without permission, all resulting copyright penalties, licensing fees, and legal sanctions are the sole responsibility of the user. The Magical Day does not pay any copyright or licensing fees for music uploaded by users and accepts no responsibility in this regard.

7. Account Security

Users are obliged to protect their account login information and passwords. The user who created the account is responsible for all actions taken through the account.

8. Service Changes and Termination

The Magical Day reserves the right to modify or discontinue part or all of the service with additional features. Invitations of users who violate the rules may be taken offline.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the resolution of any dispute arising from this agreement, the authorized courts of the country where the platform is registered shall prevail.

10. Amendments to the Agreement

The Magical Day reserves the right to update these terms of use at any time without prior notice. The current terms will be announced on this page, and your continued use of the service signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
